TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Registration fees are inclusive of conference documentation, meals and refreshments throughout the day
2. To register for a Qatalyst Global Ltd event, payment must be made in full. Qatalyst Global Ltd does not offer refunds for cancellations and invoiced sums are payable in full.
3. Qatalyst Global Ltd welcomes a substitute delegate at no extra cost should you be unable to attend. If no substitute is found all efforts will be made to ensure the confirmed delegate receives all benefits outside of attendance.
4. Qatalyst Global is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of postponement, cancellation and substitution.
5. Whilst all efforts will be made to keep the program and speakers the same, Qatalyst Global reserve the right to necessitate substitutions, alterations and cancellations to the agenda and speakers should any occur after confirmation that is beyond the control of Qatalyst Global Ltd. Such changes will be updated on the event website as swiftly as possible.
6. Your information provided upon registration is not sold or rented out. We will share your contact information with sponsors / exhibitors for the event you have registered for only. By registering for this event you are agreeing to the transfer of this data and are deemed to provide consent.
7. All VIP Complimentary passes must be used once availability is confirmed. In the event the VIP is unable to attend a suitable delegate must attend as a replacement. Failure to do so will incur a $250 penalty to cover administrative and onsite costs.
8. Group discounts are available for bookings made of more than 3 delegates (10%) and groups of more than 5 (15%).
9. All Qatalyst Global materials in relation to Qatalyst Global events are exclusively reserved and any unauthorised duplication, publication or distribution is strictly prohibited.
10. Qatalyst Global is thankful for client feedback at our events and may use client logos, quotes & testimonials for future marketing materials.
11. Qatalyst Global Ltd may use your details to contact you about future products which we feel will be of use to you.
